Jawad is the Cofounder of the CISO Forum as well as OWASP Islamabad Chapter Leader, holding 17 Years of diversified experience in the areas of Information / Cyber Security, Branch less Banking, and Program / Project Management with the Financial and Telecom sectors of Pakistan.

He currently serves in Askari Bank as Chief Information Security Officer, and previously served in Allied Bank and MCB Bank in similar roles.

He serves as Chairman Cyber Security Forum at Pakistan Banking Association Pakistan.
