Brendan is currently in the position of Associate General Counsel, Privacy - APAC for McKinsey & Company, in an internal facing role. A New Zealand and Australian qualified lawyer, Brendan has extensive working experience across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe having worked in a number of in-house legal roles and has developed key experience in the fields of technology and data privacy law. Brendan has developed, structured and lead privacy programs globally and at regional level, which gives him a broad and unique perspective on legal and data privacy regulatory developments.
