Mr. Kahn is a recognized thought-leader in various information related issues. He is a trusted advisor and consultant to many organizations. He has spoken hundreds of times across the globe and is a two-time recipient of the Britt Literary Award. Mr. Kahn has written numerous published works, including; “The Executive’s Guide to Navigating the Information Universe,” “Chucking Daisies,” “Information Nation: Seven Keys to Information Management Compliance,” “Information Nation Warrior,” “Privacy Nation” and “Email Rules.” He co-authors a legal treatise on “Information Governance” and is a contributing author for the American Bar Association’s Business Law Today. Mr. Kahn has taught The Law and Policy of Electronic Information at Washington University, School of Law, St. Louis, MO and The Politics of Information at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been an expert witness in high-profile court cases.
