Israel is a Senior Manager at MBL Technologies with over 26 years of consulting and project management experience spanning the fields of, cybersecurity, business continuity, project management and facilities planning. He has spent most of his career supporting Federal, State and Commercial entities and has extensive experience working consistently with senior leadership, technical and non-technical personnel. This experience affords Mr. Rivera the understanding, insights, and perspectives used to inform tailored solutions specific to the audience, capabilities and projects that he leads and supports. Further, his experience has led to demonstrated successes managing Mission Assurance activities inclusive of contingency planning, security and compliance efforts, and managing the development and implementation of enterprise applications.
For MBL Technologies, Mr. Rivera serves as a Cybersecurity Practice Lead and Security/Continuity Subject Matter Expert supporting various tasks associated with Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience. These projects and tasks require the execution of his skills addressing responsibilities such as: Cybersecurity guidance and recommendations; Cybersecurity training development; Governance and compliance (to include Cloud Computing environments); System vulnerability reviews and analysis and, IT Contingency Planning.
