Starting in 2020, Alexandra-Mihaela became part of TMT & Data Protection team within the law firm Musat&Asociatii, where she continued to develop her expertise in the field of data privacy.
Starting in 2018, her activity focused on data protection, cybersecurity and e-commerce matters, on the full range of issues related to compliance and regulatory issues, cross-border data transfers, outsourcing projects. For 2 years she worked as a legal consultant in the privacy team of one of the top international telecom companies in Romania.
Her focus on this area of practice is based on a wide range of matters, including GDPR implementation projects, compliance and regulatory issues, notification formalities, as well as client advice within investigations carried out by the Romanian Data Protection Authority.
She is certified as a data protection officer, the certification being authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice and by the Romanian Ministry of National Education.
I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, followed by a Master's degree in Private Law, within the same university.
